The Adam's Brasserie: Housed within the historic Stables building, designed by the distinguished 18th century architect Robert Adams, is the Adam's Brasserie, offering a slightly more informal style of dining compared to The Wernher Restaurant. The decor of Adam's Brasserie is bright and contemporary, its walls lined with stills from many films and TV shows which have been shot on location at Luton Hoo.
