Terrantai was built with native materials from the oasis. Of Andean inspiration it gathers the ancestors legacy of respect to the earth and the social surrounding of the ayllu (indigenous community). It is distributed in corridors made of lacustrian rocks, which connects rooms, dining room, and garden, the last one is next to the old church of the town. Being so close to the square, in the center of San Pedro de Atacama, the lodge has a privileged location. Terrantai has 21 rooms. It counts with central heating system, restaurant, and swimming pool, national and international telephone service. Additional amenities - ballroom, library, lobby, and reception. The hotel is a smoke free hotel. Note:Non-Chilean residents are exempted from VAT (Value-Added Tax) payment on room prices upon check out. Non residents will be asked for a photocopy of their valid passport and immigration card ("Tarjeta de Turismo") upon arrival. Chilean residents are subject to VAT; a 19% tax will be added to the room rate upon check out.
