The Locanda del Gallo is a XIIth century country home owned by the Marchesi Capranica del Grillo. Dominating a magnificent hill landscape in the peace and quite of Umbria's unspoiled country side. The Locanda del Gallo is the ideal place to recharge your batteries. Glory in the gorgeous sunsets of the Tiberina Valley...and enjoy healthy food rich in genuine flavours: cold-pressed oil, vegetables from our own patch; home-baked bread and cakes. Furniture comfortably in Oriental style, a pleasant contrast with the ancient architecture, the faithfully restored building has just ten double bedrooms each with own bathroom.
