Life Ayurveda Resort is a typical Sri Lankan style ayurveda establishment. Located in south-west coast in a calm peripheral location right on the beach. In this hotel one must be in a position to engage with the ayurveda environment and people in the village. ‘Life Ayurveda Resort’, one of the pioneering Ayurveda Hotel in Sri Lanka, is located right on the Beach in Thalpitiya, Wadduwa, just 45 minutes drive from Colombo and 120 minutes drive from Colombo International Airport. Life Ayurveda Resort`s main asset is the well equiped Ayurvedic Treatment Centre and it is the focal point of this Resort. Life Ayurveda Resort consist of 16 Air Conditioned Rooms with tastefully decorated rooms equipped with telephone, individually controlled air conditioning, ceiling fan, and all bathrooms with hot & cold water. All rooms face the Swimming pool and the beautifully landscape garden amidst the Coconut trees. The resort comprises a main building and an annex, a lobby, reception, main restaurant, Lounge with with TV, sun terrace, Laundry service,Ayurveda herbal baths,porches for massages and other treatments and a special herbal garden area with a courtyard pool with flowers. Various endemic flora in the original style, and an open area for outdoor treatments. This is very unique in Sri Lanka. The Restaurant serves special Ayurvedic cuisine ( vegetarian ) for ayurveda guests on doctor's recommendation. Ayurveda Intensive cure price includes the following : - 4-5 Ayurveda Treatments per day The selection and frequency of treatments may differ depending on the patient’s health condition. The final decision will be taken by the Chief Doctor or assistant doctors. - Accommodation with AC - Ayurveda meals – breakfast, lunch, and dinner - Daily Ayurveda medicine - Herbal teas - Mineral Water - Yoga (3 x per week) - Meditation with a Buddhist monk (2 x per week) - Ayurveda cooking demonstrations (2 x per week) - 24 hour medical attention by Ayurvedic physician - Service charges and Govt. taxes - Guest Relation Officers to advise in German, English and Russian Business hours of reception: Every day: from 00:00 to 00:00 .
