The property of the Lenna Hotel Hobart was originally built in the late 19th century, in the classical colonial style. That style has been preserved and the site is protected by the Tasmanian Heritage Register. Despite its colonial atmosphere the hotel provides plenty of modern amenities for its customers. The onsite restaurant is named Alexander’s Restaurant and serves Australian cuisine and fine wine. There is also an onsite bar in Lenna’s Chandelier Lounge Bar.
