The chef himself, Bernard Clap, treats you with excellent dishes. The restaurant dining room, with its large panoramic windows and a timber roof structure has a charm all of its own. An open fireplace creates a nice and cosy atmosphere on cold evenings. ”Les Gorges du Verdon” and “Lac de Sainte Croix” are ideal for mountain biking, rafting, canoeing, pedal boating, paragliding and many other activities. The village of Trigance, with its ancient rampart and its proud castle has a special ambience. Old houses, vaults, decorated lintels, old steps and signs remind you of past centuries.
