The outsized lagoon swimming pool and the tropical garden create the serene atmosphere. The hotel has been fully refurbished recently. New Caledonia is the nearest South Pacific Island to Australia and New Zealand and is only a three hour flight from Auckland or Sydney. The country has one long mountainous island called Grande Terre and seven smaller islands, each only a short flight from the capital city of Noumea. Noumea is a peninsula that projects into the world's largest coral reef lagoon. The first impression when standing on the lagoon coast of Noumea - Anse Vata and Baie des Citrons is the remarkable vibrancy of the colors around you. The greens are somehow greener and the turquoise of the lagoon more luminescent than you've seen before. In Noumea all types of shops and services are available: banks, doctors, pharmacies, modern communication networks (Internet cafes, mobile phone coverage), Foreign exchange offices, Souvenir shops, Exhibitions, Night clubs and Casinos etc A large range of terrestrial and nautical sports are available for people of any age. Golf players have 3 international quality golf courses to choose from. Conferences and banquets: Whether you are organizing a seminar, a conference or a banquet, the Nouvata Parc complex offers you a wide range of options. From Noumea's largest banquet room holding up to 1000 people or to cocktail facilities holding up to 250 people beside hotels lagoon style swimming pool. The Hotel Venezia room is decorated with giant Italian wall paintings and is the largest conference and banquet room in Noumea. It is the ideal place to hold large conferences and dining events. Seating 500 people in banquet style, 1000 in theatre style and 800 people for standing cocktail events, the room can also be divided into three smaller rooms. It has an easy ground floor access and a very large parking facility. The Lobby room with its wide window bay looking onto the large inner lagoon swimming pool holds up to 130 people in conference style and up to 300 people for cocktails. Remark: Check in time is 2:00pm. Check out time is 11:00 am. Nett rate per night applies from 2:00pm to 11:00 the following day. As check out time is 11:00, the early occupancy of a room before 2:00pm is on a request basis only and subject to availability upon arrival. In order to guarantee early morning check in, we recommend that accommodation be reserved one night prior to arrival. A late check out until 6:00pm is available at 50% of the room rate. Note: The Hotel will acknowledge all cancellations quoting a reference number. The Client must retain this number for future reference.
