The Moulin des Ruats was formerly a flour mill in Avallon, which was rebuilt to a unique and charming country inn. It combines the spirit of Burgundy with the warmth of a family home. This three-star hotel offers 25 lovely decorated guestrooms, some of them with terrace, open onto the riverbank or the garden.
