The pool side is an island of calm and sunshine and the whole hotel will make unforgettable vacations. The hotel has only 19 rooms and that is a warranty of calm and peaceful ambiance at all time. The hotel has been redone during the 2007 winter and offers high standard quality with double panel windows, air-conditioned rooms and satellite channels. The restaurant offers high quality menu, freshness, with Mediterranean flavours, prepared by Henri Delcros, a student of Paul Bocuse. He offers daily a-la-carte dinners prepared with local fish and vegetables and meat from France. Canet en Roussillon is centraly located just a few minutes away from everything, from Perpignan to Collioure, golf, spa, beach, Loisirs and historical buildings. Caliceo, famous high standard Thalasso Centre is only at 10 minutes distance. The magnificent 27-hole golf course in St Cyprien is only 5 km away. The Cathar castles are less than an hour distance.
