Accommodation on board a boat provides a comfortable alternative to a hotel room. Boats offer flexibility - choose to use it as a base in one place or use it to cruise the waterways, stopping at desired destinations. The boat will be supplied with diesel (payable on arrival) and a full water tank - enough for 2-3 days. Water stations can be found at intervals along the waterways. From the base at Belturbet on the shores of the River Erne, visitors can explore the marvellous labyrinth of waters and islands of the Upper Lough Erne and further afield, the Lower Lough Erne. Ireland West Airport Knock is approx. 140 km from Belturbet.
