Each room at the Langtry Manor Hotel is uniquely decorated and sumptuously furnished with period pieces and modern touches such as flat screen TVs and walk-in showers. The Langtry Manor Hotel was originally built in 1877 as a secret retreat for Lillie Langtry, the actress, who had become the mistress of King Edward VII. Edward allowed Lillie to furnish and decorate the manor, and most everything she did exists today. One of the most popular guestrooms is Lillie's bedroom which has been updated to include a corner whirlpool and private balcony.
