The residence consists in groups of small 3-storey buildings, located close to the old town and the Roman theatre, 300 m from shops, 2.8 km from the beaches at Port-Frejus and St Raphael. Arrival in the afternoon only 4pm - 8pm. Departure in the morning only 08am - 10am. Methods of payment accepted on site: credit card (no american express) or cash. Price do not include : • Security deposit 200 €, local tourist tax 0,99 € approx/pers./night • Electricity and water charges before 25/06 and after 27/08 according to consumption or a fixed charge (approximate amount per accommodation per week). • Accommodation must be left in perfect order, sanitisation and cleaning carried out by client, otherwise minimum supplement of €9, €44 and €56. Business hours of reception: Monday: from 09:00 to 12:30 and from 16:30 to 19:00 Tuesday: from 09:00 to 12:30 and from 16:30 to 19:00 Thursday: from 09:00 to 12:30 and from 16:30 to 19:00 Friday: from 09:00 to 12:30 and from 16:30 to 19:00 Saturday: from 08:00 to 12:00 and from 16:00 to 20:00 Sunday: from 09:00 to 12:00 .
