This property offers a wide range of accommodation styles for singles through to families or small groups looking for Bungalow and Villa style fully equipped accommodation. There is an onsite swimming pool and access to an exclusive beach just across the road where guests can snorkel at Aroa Marine Reserve. NW 12/10Units come complete with full kitchens, fridge freezers, separate bathroom showers, dining and lounge areas, ceiling fans, IDD telephones, insect screened windows and outdoor decks with dining settings. Garden Studios are semidetached units in a garden setting. Sleeping is in a common area with the lounge, dining and kitchen area. Bedding is a Queen and Single bed. Kitchen offers fridge/freezer, gas cooker, microwave and all necessary crockery & cutlery. There is a separate bathroom / toilet / shower and outdoor terracing. Louvre window systems are insect screened and ceiling fans provided. Located on the south-western corner of the island of Rarotonga approximately 8km from the airport and close to restaurants and shops. The property is positioned on the Sunset Coast across the road fromt he Aroa Beach and Marine Reserve. The property does not have a restaurant. Units have self catering facilities. Guests also have free use of BBQ facitilies. Bungalow and villa style accomodation set in 3.5 acres of lush tropical gardens. Lobby is small in size.
