In a nice end of nineteenth-century residence renovated in 2009 and quiet neighbourhood very near to the famous Avenue Louise, Marguerite welcomes you and makes available two pleasant apartments with direct, private and easy access. The first one, located at ground-floor, will seduce you with its charming interior decoration where you will enjoy from a large dining table and a well-arranged and comfortable double-bed in an outstanding coach, with a view on a nice planted with trees area. A large adjoining room with two single alcove beds, a stove, and large cupboards, allowing to welcome a maximum of four people. A nice bathroom including a bathtub, a washbasin, seperate toilets, and a hairdrier. And a nice fitted kitchen. The second apartment located at the first floor offers the same range of accomodations in a similar quiet atmosphere. It includes two bedrooms (one with a double-bed and another with a single bed), a nice bathroom (including a bathtub, a washbasin, seperate toilets, and hairdrier) and a nice fitted kitchen. This second apartment may welcome a maximum of three people.
