Location The hotel is located in the new centre of Asuncion, where the best destinations of the city can be easily reached, such as the commercial and financial centre as well as the finest restaurants, bars and nightclubs. Mariscal Lopez shopping centre is right in front of the hotel and the cinemas in Villa Morra centre are one block away. The bus terminal is roughly 3.5 km away. Facilities The elegant hotel is safe, exclusive and cosy all at the same time. Each of the 36 rooms is different in layout and decoration. Each floor has a different colour that characterises it and a large living room with comfortable chairs and work stations equipped with computers, where guests can have private meetings, enjoy a drink or have a chat. The air-conditioned establishment welcomes guests in a lobby with 24-hour reception and check-out service. Further facilities on offer to guests include a hotel safe, currency exchange facilities, a cloakroom, lift access, a TV lounge, cafe, bar, pub and restaurant. Business guests are sure to appreciate the conference facilities. Furthermore, WLAN Internet access, room and laundry services and a car park are provided. Rooms There are comfortable and excellent facilities in the rooms. All rooms are equipped with a satellite TV, Internet access, a safe, living room, and a terrace or balcony which offers amazing city views. The en suite bathrooms are fitted with a shower and hairdryer. Rooms with either double or king-size beds are available. All rooms also feature a direct dial telephone, washing machine, ironing set and kitchenette with a minibar, fridge, microwave and tea and coffee making facilities. The rooms are air-conditioned (individually regulated) and heated. Sports/Entertainment Guests may take a refreshing dip in the outdoor swimming pool or relax on a sun lounger under a parasol. The gym enables guests to keep up their fitness routine and the sauna and massage service ensure their complete relaxation during their stay. Table tennis is a further activity at the hotel. Asuncion Golf Club is around 12 km from the hotel. Meals A breakfast buffet is served each morning. A la carte and set menu dining options are available at lunch and dinner, whilst lunch may alternatively be selected from a buffet.
