If you have not indicated your arrival time at the establishment when you made your booking, please confirm your estimated time of arrival along with your reservation number at the latest 24 hours in advance by emailIf the cancellation will be made 8 days before arrival is without penalty; between 7th and 3 days before arrival you will pay the first night amount ;:if the cancellation is made between the 3 day and the same day on arrival will be charge all the amount stay. The breakfast is not included in the price and a request we offer you a buffet one at 8 europerson. We inform you that we will make a pre-authorization for the amount of the first night stay just to check the credit card validity. The city tax of 2 euronightperson is not included in the total price stay. The payment will be made on arrival only in cash.for late check-in (starting from 22:00 o'clock) there is a fee of Euro 15,00 payable directly to the arrival.
