This comfortable hotel represents good value for money and is an ideal base to explore Caen and its historical sites. This hotel is located only 400m from the Memorial Museum for Peace and only 5 minutes' drive from the centre of Caen. The entirely renovated hotel restaurant, La Soupiere, occupies a large space on the ground floor. The dark furniture tastefully contrast with the red/orange sofas, curtains and tablecloths. The restaurant offers a buffet of starters and desserts and a variety of grilled and regional dishes. This is a traditional 2-storey white building. The lobby is small in itself, yet it opens onto the large and pleasant restaurant area.
