This is a family owned traditional property, ideal for a cozy winter break or an alternative cool summer holiday (01/09 EP) The rooms are individually themed and colourfully styled after the eleven dominant wild flowers of the region. The guest will find the complete array of modern amenities in each and high quality furniture with attention to detail and style. In majestic Konitsa, one of the most unique and traditional villages in northern Greece. Ioannina is less than an hour's drive south, through the breathtaking landscape of the mountains of Epirus. The number of nearby sights is innumerable : The National Park that includes Voidomatis river and the Vikos Gorge, ideal for trekking, rafting and canoe/kayak, the ski resort of Vasilitsa and a host of other outdoors activities. The breakfast area serves a traditional breakfast every morning, with local eggs, dairy, honey and jam as well as fresh pies straight from the oven. The owning family will offer you local wine and the stronger spirit tsipouro from their own produce. It is a stone built, traditional property with slate roof. The views of the village and the surrounding mountains makes one feel they are on top of the world.
