Shopping, dining and activities are nearby in historic Kona Town. This is an oceanfront condominium complex, built in 1969. The hotel's unites are split between the ocean side (Makai) and mountain side (Mauka) of Alii Drive. A wide variety of restaurants along Ali'i Drive. It's a small lobby. On floors 1 thru 3, across the street from the ocean; these units have air conditioning in the living room and ceiling fans throughout. Most have private lanais overlooking the garden (some overlook Alii Drive); 1 queen or 1 king and a queen sofa bed. Each suite has been individually furnished and designed to create a unique setting; 600 square feet. Property provides mid-stay housekeeping service for stays that are 7 days or longer, which includes changing of linens and towels, vacuuming, and cleaning of bathrooms as well as kitchens.
