Location This resort is located in Prachuab Khiri Khan province, on the private island of Koh Talu in the Gulf of Thailand. It takes 15 minutes by speedboat from Bang Saphan to reach Koh Talu Island. In the vicinity guests will find restaurants and beach bars, Candle Bay, the Coral Museum and Fish Bay. The hotel is situated in the southern part of the central region, 400 km from Bangkok heading south, passing through Hua Hin to Amphur Bang Saphan district in Prachuab Kiri Khan province. Facilities This eco resort is surrounded by lush mountainous rainforest, white sandy beaches and shallow clear blue sea - the perfect choice of nature lovers for fishing, snorkeling, diving, kayaking, sailing, trekking or just to relax. It comprises a total of 61 rooms and facilities on offer to guests include a lobby area with a 24-hour reception, a currency exchange facility, a bar, a restaurant, conference facilities and WLAN/Internet access. Guests may also take advantage of the room and laundry services, the bicycle hire and the parking. The younger guests will enjoy the children's playground. Rooms The hotel offers individual buildings in Thai style. There is one accommodation unit per building and the Thai style villas have direct access to the sea. They come with individually air-conditioned bedrooms, a water heater (Thai style villas only), a private bathroom with a shower as well as satellite TV and a fridge. Furthermore, Internet access, an ironing set, a king-size or double bed and a terrace are provided in all accommodation as standard. Sports/Entertainment At this resort, visitors can enjoy various fun activities like snorkelling, scuba diving, squid fishing, sailing, kayaking, trekking, or alternatively healing Thai massage, for those who simply want to sunbathe and relax. Guests can also visit the coral museum, or go kayaking through the island's unique naturally formed cave (instructor available on request). There are sun loungers and parasols provided for guests and they may also try their hand at jet skiing, motor boating, catamaran sailing, cycling or volleyball. It is also possible to play a game of darts or go rowing. Meals Waterside island restaurants are available on both bays. The waterside restaurants in 2 bays offer the amazing taste of Thai seafood along with other local favourites. A skilled chef also provides additional Western and European dishes and prepares BBQs. Payment American Express, MasterCard and VISA are accepted as methods of payment. Misc. The resort offers introductory scuba diving lessons given by professional instructors and dive masters, who provide guests with both theoretical and practical scuba diving classes. How to get there From Petchkasem Road (highway no. 4), towards the south of Thailand, Amphure Bangsaphan and Prachuabkhirikan province. On Petchkasem Road turn left for 10 km, and at the traffic light right for 10 km. It is only 2 hours from Hua Hin and 25 minutes from from the mainland by Koh Talu Express yacht or speedboat.
