The King Birch Motor Lodge is on the shores of Lake Winnipesaukee. Swimming, boating, fishing and relaxing by the water are common recreational activities. Area attractions include Lake Ossippe, Camp Cody, Pizza Barn, New Hampshire State House and the Old North Cemetery. Accommodations at the King Birch Motor Lodge come in nine air-conditioned cottages. Eight of these have full kitchens, Queen-sized beds, pull-out sofas and colored televisions. One of the cottages is at the waterfront. The King Birch Motor Lodge is a private lodge that offers guests various amenities. Services include boat docking, on-site trailer parking, Jet Ski moorings and off-street parking. Guests can rent boats through local marinas and dock rentals.
