The Kildrummy Inn is located in the heart of rural Aberdeenshire on the main A97 Donside road heading to Strathdon just a couple of minutes drive from the Mossat junction. Its location makes the Kildrummy Inn an excellent base for touring this beautiful part of the Grampian Mountains and beyond. Ideally situated for both the Whisky and Castle trails with Kildrummy's own historic Castle and tranquil gardens just 10 minutes walk from the Inn front door!As well as catering for visitors and tourists Kildrummy Inn is renowned for its excellent cuisine and hospitality. Making it a very popular place to dine!Your hosts Darren and Sylvia Gimber have been running the Inn for 6 and a half years. With the Inn's history, unique and delightful charm coupled with the personal way Darren and Sylvia run it. You will be glad you choose The Wee Kildrummy Inn!Forming part of the surrounding Kildrummy Estate the Kildrummy Inn boasts 3 characteristic and tastefully decorated dining areas. We have a cosy residentsdiners bar lounge with wood burning stove to keep you warm over the autumn and winter months. Featuring a large range of malt whiskies, local bottled ales and selection of wines to compliment our extensive menu. The hotel also has 4 tastefully decorated en-suite letting bedrooms on the accommodation floor. 3 of which are double rooms and 1 twin room. For more information please see accommodation and tariffs. Alongside the Inn is the Volunteers Hall erected in 1866. Accessed via a side door from the red room the hall is licensed for up to 120 people. With a separate bar, cloakroom, male and female toilet facilities this provides the ideal location for Wedding receptions, Christenings and family functions. The hotel benefits from being situated in around 3 acres of land. A paddock to the rear of the steadings has been developed and is licensed for 5 caravans. Registered through the Caravan and Camping Club, there are electric and water points to connect to and waste disposal facilities. Guests are able to log into our free wi-fi on the accommodation floor.
