The apartment is spread out over one floor. As you enter the apartment, you are greeted by a hallway where you can hang your coats and leave your shoes. As you go through to the apartment, you first come to our cosy lounge with a modern corner sofa, flat screen TV, DVD and CD player. A selection of DVD's, CD's and board games are also provided for your entertainment. The living room has high ceilings with 2 large sash windows which over look Kendal's high street. The kitchen is fitted with modern appliances. The second double room is very spacious with plenty of extra room for a z bed or cot (not supplied). The master bedroom has a double bed, walk in wardrobe, ensuite with shower and french style doors. The family bathroom again is spacious with a new electric shower over the bath air cupboard. The apartment is strictly non smoking and no provision is made for ANY pets!As well as being an historic south lakeland market town, Kendal has a fine reputation for shopping, with lots of independent traders as well as big high street names. Kendal is the southern portal to the Lake District, just off the M6 motorway and easily accessible from junctions 36/37/38/39 being only 9 miles (10 minute drive) from Windermere and 24 miles from Keswick.
