Come and stay at Karslake Country Guest House in Winsford, reputed to be the prettiest village on Exmoor. Originally built in 1450 as a malt house, it now offers modern day comforts whilst retaining many of its original charm and features. Enjoy a pampering stay in large comfortable beds within attractively decorated rooms. The Karslake has been awarded AA 4 diamonds for accommodation, plus rated in the top guest houses in the UK. The village of Winsford (as mentioned in the Doomsday book) has a pub and a local shop for necessities. Further afield there are the coastal towns of Minehead (30 mins drive) and Taunton (40 minutes drive) with its shops and bars.
