The Ivory Tree Game Lodge is situated in the north eastern region of the Pilanesberg National Park; the closest point of entry is through Bakgatla Gate. The park has the big 5 as well as a variety of other animals and nearby Sun City Complex provides a range of activities such as hot air ballooning. There are 59 standard suites at the Ivory Tree Game Lodge which include en-suite bathroom and outside shower, patio, air-conditioner, tea and coffee making facilities and a mini bar fridge. An additional third bed can be added for a child. There are also 4 executive suites available which have the same inclusions as the standard suites with the addition of a lounge and private plunge pool. The main lodge of the Ivory Tree Game Lodge consists of a swimming pool, a lounge flowing onto an outdoor patio, curio shop, 2 conference facilities, a spa and bush dinner venue as well as a boma.
