The Isoco Pensione, surrounded by a lush garden, is close to the city center of Taormina, a car-free zone in which shops and restaurants provide a break from visiting ancient Roman/Greek ruins, old churches, and architecture from over a thousand years of existence. Taormina is located between Messina in the north and Catania in the south, connected by the A18 motorway from which guests can access the Isoco Pensione. The airport is Fontanarossa in Catania, an hour’s drive away. Taormina is on the Messina-Catania line, with trains traveling frequently in both directions. There are five rooms in the Isoco Pensione, each with its own entrance. Each has air conditioning and heating, a TV with satellite and video, a radio, an in-room safe, and a free Internet connection. Each room also has a refrigerator, and a coffee and tea machine. The Isoco Pensione has a small library, an Internet point with 24 hour free access. A hot tub for use of guests is located in the garden, and it is in the garden that the Continental breakfast is served each day.
