The Island Palm Resort is an intimate resort located downtown on the beautiful island of Freeport, within walking distance to shopping and eateries, Freeport International Airport is 1 mile, Beaches are 2.5 miles and the Casino is 2.5 miles. On site, guests will enjoy the outdoor swimming pool and relax at the Pool Bar. The Safari Steak House, located right next to the hotel, is open for breakfast and dinner daily. After the sun goes down, stop in at the Safari Lounge and dance to island music. While lounging by the pool, guests can also enjoy seasonal poolside entertainment. Guest rooms at the resort are decorated with soft coral walls, rattan furniture and natural tile floors. This is one of Grand Bahamas oldest resorts but has recently completed some refurbishments.
