The hotel offers a friendly and charming athmosphere with its chimney pot and rustic setting. The hotel is situated at 12 km from Arras. Guests can find the hotel at the crossroads of the motorways A1 Paris-Lille and A26 Calais-Reims, 12 km from Arras. Bedrooms are modern and comfortable. They feature either an en suite bath or a shower room, and a TV and telephone. Various activities near the hotel are available such as horse-riding (within 3 km distance), go-karting and 18 hole golf courses in Arras. In the centre of Arras, guests may admire the historic Town Hall, and the 17th and 18th century Flemish houses all around. The square is lined with stone-pillared arcades, built to shelter the merchants' customers while they looked at the displays of goods. All the houses are of similar style - reflecting the strict town planning controls of the town council in those days. There are two squares - Grand'Place, which is mainly houses and a few good bars and restaurants; and the smaller Place des Heros - which is livelier with cafes and shops, the Town Hall [Hotel de Ville], and Tourist Office. The two squares spring to life in the weekly market on Saturday mornings.
