All rates include cleaning at the end of the stay!!! The apartment building is located in the parliament and governmental district in the Invalidenstrasse, just 400 metres from the former border crossing, the Reichstag, the Charite, the Natural History Museum and the Hamburger Bahnhof and there are many cafes and restaurants close by. Several museums are easily reached on foot as well as the governmental quarter (Regierungsviertel), art exhibitions and the historic city centre. By public transport it is a matter of minutes to Potsdamer Platz, Unter den Linden, Friedrichstrasse and Gendarmenmarkt. The City West is also a few minutes away with the tram and metro. The U6 at Zinnowitzerstrasse metro station goes directly to Gendarmenmarkt, Friedrichstrasse and the historic Scheuenviertel. The S1 and S2 trams from the Nordbahnhof take you straight to Unter den Linden and Potsdamer Platz, and the 245 bus takes you directly to Zoologischer Garten train station. Fees applicable for late arrival after 7-8p.m: 10 after 8-9pm: 20 after 10pm-00.00: 30 after 00.00: 40 Payment is in cash after the key handover.
