Nestled in a truly delightful 12th Century hamlet, the Il Borgo Di Vescine Hotel features modern appointments whilst conserving much of its traditional Etruscan origins. This rustic medieval building fits in beautifully amongst the stunning, harmonious countryside. Perched atop the Chiant Hills, it's lofty heights lend it a certain tranquillity allowing you to access the famous arts cities of Siena and Florence, situated below, whilst elevating you from the city hustle and bustle. This charming 4 Relasi is characterised by the sprawling, organic countryside surrounding it, the earthy, warm shades and tones of the decor, the stone-built walls and the heavy, luxurious drapings. The hotel also features a beautiful swimming pool overlooking the entire valley, a secluded, private tennis court and a state-of-the-art fitness centre. Our restaurant , set off from our panoramic terrace, serves guests typical, delicious Tuscan cuisine and authentic Chiantigiana cooking all in front of a crackling fireplace. Aromatic herbs, which grow sporadically throughout this region, are used throughout our cooking serving to create a delicate harmony of tastes and genuinely historical dishes. After dinner, we implore you to sample one of our select Chianti Classico or Chianti Classico Riserva wines. Our 21 rooms and 7 suites are all-self contained in keeping in the independant, libertarian spirit of the area.
