Monarch Safari Lodge is located at Masinagudi in the Nilgiri foothills in Tamilnadu, India, surrounded by hills and trees, at the edge of Madumalai famous for its elephants and tigers. The jungle teems with many other wild species--gaur, sambhar, gaint indian squirrels, mouse deer, wild dogs and much more. The variety of birds flitting in and out of trees make birdwatchers drool. The countryside is beautiful at any time of the year. Rates are based on double occupancy. Charges for extra adults may apply and will be due directly to the hotel.
