The magnificently restored Sugar House, previously a collection of Grade II Listed warehouses from the 1700s, is home to Hotel du Vin Bristol. Located closeto the rejuvenated waterfront in Bristol, the hotel has 40 bedrooms, including several stunning double-height loft suites,our trademark Bistro, Bar and a library, all complemented by our unique relaxed style of hospitality. . Open seven days a week for lunch and dinner, the Bistro offers a menu rooted in classic European cuisine with a contemporary edge. Here you will find ‘simple classics’ that change seasonally, with our head chef adding their own selections daily, all supporting our philosophy of using the finest and freshest local produce, cooked simply, priced sensibly. . Our extensive and eclectic wine list is a key feature of the hotel. In addition to the main list, which includes an impressive array by the glass, there is a small daily selection of good value wines to complement the menu.
