The Valle Mar is an elegant hotel situated directly by the sea, on the Paseo Martimo promenade in Puerto de la Cruz, opposite the well-known seawater swimming pool complex, Lago Martinez. Guests may pay a visit to the small beach, Playa Martinez, just 500 m from the hotel. The popular Plaza del Charco is only 700 m from the hotel. The hotel is well situated for access to the public transport network with stops located directly in front of the hotel. Built in 1960 and renovated in 2002, this hotel comprises a total of 15 single rooms and 145 double rooms spread over 5 floors. The hotel has a lobby with a reception, a lift and shops. Additional facilities include a bar, a pub and an air-conditioned la carte restaurant. In addition, the hotel offers use of a public Internet terminal. Room and laundry services complete the services on offer at this hotel. The en suite rooms are congenially furnished are fitted with a hairdryer, a direct dial telephone, satellite/ cable TV, an Internet connection, air conditioning, central heating, a hire safe, a balcony and a minibar (on request and payment of an additional fee).
