The Hotel Vall de Bas is located in Vall d'en Bas, near the Puigsacalm, next to the nature reserve of the volcanic zone of Garrotxa, which offers more than 40 volcanoes to view. The hotel is surrounded by great cultural heritage, as well as numerous Romanic churches like Hostalets, Sant Privat d'en Bas, the Mallol, Santa Pau, Besal, Ripoll and San Joan de las Abadessas. The privileged location that the hotel enjoys makes it a perfect place as much for rest and relaxation as for enjoying the surroundings. It is also the perfect location for any type of social or enterprise event. It is some 8 km from Olot, where the nearest bus station can be found. The nearest train station is 50 km away in Girona, while Girona Costa-Brava Airport is 47 km away. Along with a central building, the hotel, which opened in 2007, possesses a ""Masia rehabilitada"" (renovated farmyard) dating back to the 18th century. This 36-room hotel offers a fantastic landscaped area, a bar, a restaurant, a TV area, a library, as well as several fully-equipped meeting rooms, a parking garage and private parking. It is air-conditioned and has a lobby, a hotel safe and lift access. Internet access is available, as are room and laundry services.
