Hotel Urashima is located in the heart of Yoshino Kumamo National Park, which is consisted of the central mountainous area of the Kii Peninsula as well as meandering rivers and the seashore in the southeastern part of the peninsula. This hotel is consist of four buildings, Main, Nissho, Nagisa and Sanjo, and six Onsen The most destinctive part of Hotel Urashima is the majestic ocean view from its various type of Onsen, hot spring bath. There are 6 types of Onsen. The first is called "Tenkai no Yu" located in Sanjo Kan with the dynamic view from 80 meters above sea level. The second is "Yoho no Yu" where you can enjoy the view of Mt, Nachi, World Heritage. The third is "Iso no Yu" with the relaxing sounds of ripples. The fouth is "Gen bu Do" which is inside of the cave. The fifth is "Hamayu no Yu and Taki no Yu" which are regular public bath with calcium ion to make your skin more silky. The last is the most famous called "Boki Do", which means so comfortable as to forget going home. Enjoy to find the best Onsen for yourself here. Hotel Urashima can be accessible only 5 minutes walk from JR Kii Katsuura Station and then you will board on the boat to check-in at this Hotel. This is also the unique point of this hotel. 3.5hr ride from Kyoto or Osaka Station by JR Limited Express Kii Line. 3.5hr ride from Nagoya Station by JR Limited Express Kii Line. 3.5hr ride from KIX Airport via Wakayama by JR local Line and Limitied Express Nachi Waterfall, Kumano Nachi Grand Shrine, Kumano Old Street are all designated as World Heritage and only 30min ride by car. Rates are based on double occupancy. Charges for extra adults may apply and will be due directly to the hotel.
