On a quiet street in the old city centre; steps away from Republic Square and Knez Mihailova street; Townhouse 27 offers luxury accommodation whether you are travelling for business or pleasure and is suitable for both short and long stays. All guest rooms are modern with comfortable furniture and are equipped with a sitting area; en-suite with a hairdryer; direct dial telephone; mini bar; Espresso machine; high speed wireless internet connection; desk; an electronic safety deposit box; Bang and Olufsen Cable and Satellite TV; comfortable beds with anti-allergy linen; air conditioning and heating. The hotel was converted from an old building into a luxurious residence in 2008 and its stylish and original design coupled with impeccable service will make your stay in Belgrade a unique experience. Townhouse 27 is the first authentic boutique hotel in Belgrade; Serbia. Our concept was to combine excellent service with modern architecture and minimalist interior design that exude a mix of cosmopolitan and cosy atmospheres. Our Cafe and Bar are located on the ground floor of the hotel with a view of the bustling city. Buffet breakfast is served every morning in the Cafe and throughout the rest of the day; you can use the Cafe to relax; work; chat or just watch the passers-by. The hotel has an underground garage with a car wash and 24h video surveillance. Additional Information; Children aged 6 and under stay free in the room with parents and in existing bedding. Children aged 7-15 pay 15 EUR when sharing with an adult. Children over this age will be considered an adult.
