Along Rustaveli are the Tbilisi Opera and Ballet Theatre; the Parliament of Georgia; the Kashveti Church of St. George; the Simon Janashia Museum of Georgia, which is part of the Georgian National Museum; the Rustaveli State Academic Theater, also called the Rustaveli National Theatre; the Rustaveli Museum; and the Georgian National Academy of Sciences (GNAS). At the eastern end of Rustaveli Avenue is Freedom Square, home of the Tbilisi City Hall.
