The beach hotel Albayzin del Mar is located in the relaxing area of Almuecar, just a few minutes walk from the city centre and only 500 m from public transport links. The beautiful inviting beach of Playa de San Cristobal and its turquoise blue sea are just 500 m from the hotel, as is the fabulous city centre- only a short walk away. The immediate vicinity offers a wide variety of shopping venues, countless bars, cafes, pubs and restaurants. A wider selection of leisure activities can be found just less than 1 km from the hotel. Granada and Sierra Nevada are both around 80 km away. The Albayzin del Mar hotel was renovated in 2000 and features 72 suites spread over 10 floors. The hotel offers guests a lobby with 24-hour reception, a safe, currency exchange counter, lift and a caf.
