Nestling in the wooded hills above Bolzano (Bozen in German), the Rotwand is a friendly hotel in Pineta di Laives, just outside the town of Laives or Leifers in the Alto Adige / South Tyrol, which is part of the Trentino Alto Adige region. Bolzano Airport is only a short drive down in the valley from the hotel as well as the E45/A22 Motorway which heads towards Trento. This Trentino Alto Adige hotel is owned by the Plattner family who have been running this welcoming hotel since of the 1980's, building up a fantastic reputation thanks to their warm hospitality, delicious food and the hotel's relaxing laid-back atmosphere.
