This enchanting hotel is housed within a 14th century palace, which was once an Arab alcazar belonging to King Don Pedro. The Mudejar fountains, exquisite antiques, elaborate refectory and fabulous views from the hotel terrace are particularly impressive. The hotel offers 4 floors with a total of 63 rooms and facilities include a foyer as well as various other rooms with Seville ceiling tiles, a welcoming 24-hour reception desk, a safe, a currency exchange facility, a cloakroom, lifts and a conference room with Internet access in addition to a cosy bar, shops and a restaurant offering exquisite cuisine to while the day away in. Car parking facilities are to be found outside. This charming hotel is housed in a 14th century fort, which lies at the heart of Carmona and has undergone renovation and modernisation to great effect with elements of the old Arab building being combined with the new construction. Seville, with La Giralda cathedral, Alcazar and golden tower lie some 30 km away. The spacious rooms offer a rustic ambience and come with a bathroom with hairdryer, a direct dial telephone, satellite/ cable TV, Internet access, a minibar, central heating and a hire safe as standard. There is a swimming pool in the outdoor complex as well as sun loungers and parasols laid out ready for use. Guests may also play golf. Lunch and the evening meal can be taken la carte.
