The hotel, which was renovated in 2006, has 189 rooms in total. It comes fully equipped with all the modern conveniences and amenities seasoned travellers have come to expect. A lobby with 24-hour reception, a concierge's desk, lift access, a cafe, a bar and dining facilities and a coffee shop all feature. Laundry and room services are available, subject to fees. The hotel also caters for business guests and the particular requirements they have. Internet (subject to fees) and secretarial services are provided to facilitate uncomplicated business activity. Parking facilities are also available for guests arriving by car. The following are all accepted as forms of payment: American Express, Diners Club, MasterCard and VISA. Jakarta is a three-hour drive away, while it is just an hour to Tangkuban Perahu.
