The hotel was built in 1983 and was adapted to the needs to today's guests during its renovation in 2001. It is distinguished by its authentic Arabo-Moorish architecture, combining modernity with tradition, with the maisonettes featuring an inner courtyard, surrounded by a rich variation of palms and gardens. Facilities include a lobby with 24-hour reception, lift access, a restaurant, a cafe, a bar, a nightclub and conference facilities. Younger guests are also provided with a kids' club. This hotel is located right by the fine, golden sand beach and the azure blue sea, in a lively area close to a number of hotels, restaurants, cafes, boutiques, bars, nightclubs and bowling alleys. It lies around 60 km from the Tunis Carthage International Airport, 80 km from Monastir International Airport, 6 km from the train station and 7 km from the centre of Hammamet. Public transport within easy reach includes: buses, taxis and the tourist train.
