This is a modern and comfortable hotel with its roots inseparably entwined with local tradition and culture. Built in 1846 and renovated in 2008, the family-friendly establishment comprises a total of 69 guest rooms spread across 4 storeys and 2 buildings. Guests are welcomed into a lobby and on-site facilities include a hotel safe, lift access, a children's playground, a caf, a restaurant and conference facilities. WLAN Internet access is provided and guests arriving by car can leave their vehicles in the nearby car park. This business and conference hotel is situated in Fuschl am See, a charming village on the shores of Lake Fuschl. The establishment is just 3 minutes' walk from the lake and is also only around 8 minutes' walk from the local ski slopes. The skiing area of Postalm is roughly 20 km away, whilst Salzburg is 25 km from the accommodation. Other nearby attractions include the Bad Ischl spa town and Hallstadt, which are approximately 30 and 50 km from the accommodation respectively. All rooms have are en suite with a shower or bath and WC, as well as a hairdryer and cosmetic tissues. The rooms come with a direct dial telephone, satellite/cable TV, a DVD player, a radio, broadband Internet access (fees apply) and a safe. The rooms are also fitted with individually regulated air conditioning and most rooms have a balcony with a parasol. Guests can find plenty of relaxation at the on-site sauna and steam room. Massage services are also available for a fee. Guests wishing to play a round of golf can visit Fuschl golf club, which is approximately 8 km from the establishment. Furthermore, guests can go biking. Guests can enjoy splendid Salzburg specialities in the cosy hotel restaurant, in the hotel bar or in the Mohren caf. In the evening, guests can enjoy a 4-course meal incorporating traditional, new and international elements (3 different main courses, reduced-calorie or vegetarian alternative dishes). From the A1 West Autobahn motorway: Head in the direction of Linz/Salzburg and exit at junction 274 (Thalgau). Continue in the direction of Hof bei Salzburg. There turn left at the roundabout and carry on until reaching Hof bei Salzburg. Then continue straight on to Fuschl am See. The hotel is located in the town centre.
