The 4-star Hotel Matschner offers direct access to the network of hiking trails and cross-country ski runs in Ramsau am Dachstein, as well as free internet and free parking. From Monday to Saturday, Familien- und Wanderhotel Matschner offers professional child care, as well as activities for teenagers during the school holidays. Half-board comprises a big breakfast buffet, an afternoon cake buffet, and a 4-course dinner with a choice of dishes. In summer guided hikes are offered 5 times a week. In winter guided cross-country ski tours and snowshoe hikes take place. The ski lifts of the Ski amade region are only a few steps away. In the Ramsauer bathing paradise and the sauna oasis (which is connected to the hotel through an underground passage) you can get away from the daily stress. A wonderful recreation area opens up to you in the panorama-indoor pool with the relaxation pool with shower, the underwater massage and the heated benches. ... The children's pool with the funny toys are 30° Celsius warm and very attraktive to the little ones. For the swimmers there is a huge sports pool with 25m x 12 m. And the sauna oasis makes you forget the daily routine. A bathrobe is already prepared at your room. You can relax completely at one of the different massages. Ramsau am Dachstein is the ideal place for cross-country-skiing, winter-hiking and snowshoeing. With about 220 km of cross-country ski runs and about 80 km of winter-hiking paths, Ramsau leaves no wishes open. Many comfortable alpine cabins invite to a stop. The ****hotel is situated in the center of Ramsau. Just infront of the hotel you can step into the huge net of cross-country ski runs and only a few meters from the hotel you can step into your alpine skis. Furthermore teh hotel offers you guided cross-country tours or snowshoeing excursions. Business hours of reception: Every day: from 08:00 to 22:00 .
