The hotel assures welcoming hospitality in relaxed elegance and unobtrusive and efficient services in keeping with the tradition of Rajput noble's house. This tradition was made about 500 years ago by the family's 15th ancestor Raja Raisal of Khandela, a prominent grandee in the court of Emperor Akbar, when he conquered the territory of Khandela in 1567 AD. The present country seat of the family offers services and facilities like a 24-hour reception, laundry/valet service, wake-up calls, and a business centre, which combine to make guests' stay more memorable. Guests can wine and dine in the restaurant and bar, whilst private dining services are also available.
