This hotel is centrally located behind the Munipal Gardens, just 300 metres from Funchal's Marina. Twenty five metres away you can find the Municipal Theatre: the "Teatro Balthazar Dias", where many orchestra concerts and classical music recitals are held. The Santa Catarina park is also just around the corner. This hotel is perfect for those that wish to stay in the city centre. There are many good restaurants close to the hotel with appetising local dishes such as Tuna Stake biff or "Espetada" which is a typical Madeiran grilled meat on a skewer. There are also loads of good shops close by. This is a modern style building. The lobby is small in size. The rooms are confortable and bright. Most rooms have large panoramic windows with views over the neighbouring Municipal Gardens or surroundings. This hotel does not have a restaurant. However, there is bar, for those that wish to have a refreshment. Breakfast is served on the first floor. 1 km to the nearest beach, 25 kms to the nearest airport (funchal).
