Hotel Kogerstaete is located 110 yards/100 meters from the village of De Koog, at the edge of the popular sea resort on the island of Texel with a lot of bars and restaurants with terraces nearby. There is a bus stop near the hotel as well and there is a private car park behind the building. Texel is actually famous for its bicycle-friendly countryside and the next bike rental is only 55 yards/50 meters away. One of the loveliest places on the island, there are supermarkets and bikerentals in the hotel's immediate proximity, as well. Due to its central location at the edge of De Koog, Hotel Kogerstaete is the ideal starting point for discovering of the island. The beach, the dunes and the forest are within a 10-minute walk.
