Kawakyu Hotel is standing by Shirahama Beach. Shirahama means "White Beach" in Japanese. As it's name says that " Shirahama Beach " is covered white sand and white & beautiful beach stretches along sea. Kawakyu Hotel has very unique style and design. It looks like " Chateau " in Europe. Kawakyu Hotel is located near JR Shirahama Station and it is about 5 min drive by taxi and 15 min drive from Shirahama Airport. It is standing by beautiful seaside and is overlooking Pacific Sea. Hotel looks like Chateau in France. If you enter lobby area, you will be welcomed " Blue colored Marble Pillars " standing on both side. If you look upon ceiling, you will find " Gilded Ceiling ". There are five restaurants; Italian and Japanese ones. And there are indoor pool, HOT SPA and Aesthetic Salon. Kawakyu Hotel has very high grade 4 restaurants. You can enjoy authentic Italian menu and also Japanese Kaiseki menu. You can take late snack that is opened until mid-night if you feel hungry. Hotel has authentic Wine Celler that preserves more than 8.000 bottles and you can enjoy " Vintage Wine " according to your taste. There are 88 rooms in total and every rooms have different interior design. All rooms are very spacious suite room and smallest room has more than 60 sqm. All rooms are equippted with bath room and many amenities. Some rooms have connecting rooms and Kawakyu is suitable hotel for family and groups. Kawakyu Hotel is the hotel that has completely different concepts for it's style and architecutural point of view. It is outstanding building and they call their hotel " Museum ". This is the hotel not for short stay but for long stay travellers. You can enjoy the real resort life at very isolated district of Japan.
