From 01.07.2010, the hotel offers also a new concept of health, based on Mayr-medicine: Health The Kastenholz M_E_R ®-concept stands for Emotional Medical Relaxation and prefers as a pleasant holistic approach health care, it is easy to learn, pleasure and can be practiced in everyday life. Also a change in lifestyle for upgrading the quality and vitality of life is included in it. The basis of the M_E_R ® - concept is the modern FX Mayr-medicine, which enables by detoxification and cleaning of the body its own healing powers. Wellness Numerous wellness and beauty offers are responsible for holistic well-being: whether to "Stunden des Zaubers" a rose oil-energy-massage or "Kostbare Momente zu Zweit" with heavenly applications on him and her-the competence team of Hotel Kastenholz spoils their guests and provides for the necessary rest and relaxation.
