Location The hotel is located on the famous historic River Walk in Downtown San Antonio. Downtown San Antonio's River Walk runs through the entertainment, historic and business centre of the city and the hotel is on the northern stretch of the River Walk. The hotel is surrounded by historic sites, great shopping venues and wonderful restaurants. The establishment is just 8 km from the airport. Facilities The 149-room city hotel has a colourful contemporary style with hints of historic San Antonio. The beautiful patio overlooks the River Walk and the River Taxi stops for pick-up and drop-off at the hotel's door. In addition to a lobby area with 24-hour reception and check-out services, a cloakroom and lift access to the upper floors, facilities available to guests at this air-conditioned establishment include a cafe, bar, TV lounge and a restaurant, as well as conference facilities, Internet access in public areas and room and laundry services. Those arriving by car may leave their vehicles in the hotel car park. Rooms Standard rooms offer either 1 king-size bed or two queen beds and are large, sunny with hardwood floors, plush beds and large private bathrooms with a shower, bathtub and hairdryer. The accommodation units also include a mini-fridge area with granite counters, wet bar area and Krueig coffeemakers. Free wireless Internet access is available throughout the guest rooms and hotel. The baths have tall showers, and top line Aveda bath products. A 42-inch flat-screen TV with cable stations is also in each guest room. The hotel offers self-parking for an additional fee and a 24-hour front desk service. How to get there From San Antonio Airport, drive south on 281 for about 13 km to Downtown and exit on McCullough. Turn right on McCullough and travel to Saint Mary's Street. Go left for 2 blocks to the hotel, at Lexington and North Saint Mary's Street. Coming in on Interstate 10 to the Downtown area, exit McCullough and turn right on McCullough. Travel several blocks to Saint Mary's Street. Turn right and go to Lexington Street.
